Women of African descent and political representation in Europe.
This first report examines the gap between the participation of women of African descent in European society and their representation in political institutions. It explores pathways to power and barriers to inclusive participation in decision-making.
An approach considering both gender and ancestry highlights absences that measures of women’s representation alone may conceal.

Learning in the Age of AI
Young African women facing the transformation of education and work.
Access to artificial intelligence tools is not enough. Digital skills, critical thinking, educational pathways and career prospects shape the ability to benefit from them.
This study examines these conditions and proposes five areas for action and a GLL pilot project, “AI & Future Skills for Girls”, to put its findings into practice.
